How does it work?
Animal communication is based on an energetic, or some say, telepathic communication from one mind to another. Simply put, mind to mind communication. Once the connection is made, the animal's thoughts, words and feelings are discovered through a series of questions and dialogue.
Time and distance are not barriers to communication. It is just as easy to talk to an animal in Florida as it is in California. Even deceased animals can be contacted as the bonds of love last forever.
Ok, but I'm still skeptical about the whole process.
It is quite normal to be skeptical. Most people probably think its impossible for a human to communicate to an animal and vice versa. However, if you have ever had an animal companion in your life, chances are you had some type of communication with that animal that went beyond the spoken word.

For instance, have you ever known when your animal companion was sad or upset? Hungry or scared? You can see the physical clues but you are also picking up on their feelings. Isn't it interesting how our animal companions just seem to 'know' when we are upset? A cat will be in your lap or a dog will be leaning into you in our times of need or despair.
Ever notice how when you try to read the newspaper, a book or get on the computer, that animal companion is right there between you and whatever you are trying to do....they can 'hear your thoughts' as you read, work or email quietly to yourself, they are tuning into you and probably sending messages back!
Ever wonder how your cat 'knows' when its time to go to the veterinarian and disappears under the bed long before you even get out the cat carrier? Or how your dog 'knows' that its time to go for a walk even when you haven't picked up his leash? Guess what? They are tuning into your thoughts! As we process a thought, we create images in our mind. Our animal companions can pick up on these images.
We all have telepathic abilities.
Anyone is capable of telepathy in fact, we are all born with this ability. As we age, we become programmed to use speech and our telepathic abilities fade. With a little guidance, practice and commitment, telepathy can be easily rekindled.
How can an Animal Communicator help?
Animal communicators can help in various ways. Common behavior problems can be frustrating for everyone. Whether its aggression problems, litter box use or some other issue, we all struggle from time to time. An animal communicator can help find out why the animal is behaving a certain way. Understanding an animal's perspective can give light to existing problems or dilemmas. Although an animal communicator cannot alter an animal's behavior, understanding why the behavior is happening is the first step to a peaceful, harmonious resolution.
Death and dying.
During this difficult time it may be important or helpful to see how an animal feels about euthanasia. Some animals prefer help from a veterinarian and some don't. Taking the animals wishes into consideration during the last precious moments with them can be very comforting.
Animal communication should never be a substitute or alternative for regular veterinarian care, proper nutrition or healthy exercise. Karen does not diagnose illnesses or recommend treatments but she can ask where an animal feels pain, discomfort or if they are feeling better. This can be helpful to you and your veterinarian in certain situations.
